Service Description

This mini consultation is ideal for supporting things like subtle shifts, acute disturbances, and seasonal prevention. In a season of life where you don't feel like you need to be doing a robust protocol, but would appreciate a custom tea blend to help resource you for your day to day? This is for you! When you book a mini consult with me, I will send you a form to fill out before we meet so I have a bit of background. We will meet for 15 minutes to talk through what kind of support you're seeking. Then, I will formulate a tea blend for you tailored to your needs. Then, you have the option of either just receiving a written recipe for 6 ounces (about a 4 to 6 week supply) of your tea blend, or, opt into additional support by selecting the "Formula Fulfillment" add-on when you book your consult, and I can source the herbs and craft your blend for you.
